One Account Per Player

Account Security

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and fabjee with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral.
Access to and use of the fabjee Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

All players are required to complete identity and age verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before their first withdrawal request is processed. fabjee reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority in Bangladesh.
Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any balance held in such an account, including deposits, will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, net of any winnings, which will be forfeited in their entirety. fabjee will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of the closure of an underage account.
If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and you believe your child has accessed the fabjee Platform, please contact support immediately at [email protected]. fabjee will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, including closing the account and returning any funds deposited by the minor.
To access the full functionality of the fabjee Platform — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one fabjee account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, are strictly prohibited. If fabjee detects the existence of duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full, and the account balances may be offset against any bonuses improperly claimed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fabjee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be liable for all such activity. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify fabjee support immediately and change your password without delay.
fabjee operates a risk-based KYC programme. As a minimum, all players will be required to verify their identity before processing a withdrawal. fabjee may require enhanced due diligence (EDD) for accounts displaying higher-risk transaction patterns. Required documents may include:
Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by fabjee support may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent account closure.
It is your responsibility to keep your fabjee account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your phone number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. fabjee is not responsible for any failed communications or delayed payments resulting from outdated account information.
fabjee supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on accounts held by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).
All player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fabjee does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, the relevant conversion will be applied by your payment provider and fabjee bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third parties.
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment account but before they have been credited to your fabjee balance, please contact support immediately with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. fabjee will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, will credit the balance manually within 24 hours.
fabjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your fabjee account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
fabjee periodically runs special promotions tied to cultural events (Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day) and major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup). Where fabjee awards free spins or free bet credits, the winnings generated from those free plays are treated as bonus funds subject to the relevant wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The cash value of free spins and free bets is calculated at the fixed stake value stated in the promotion terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error in any game, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's account balance. fabjee will not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a genuine technical malfunction. Game round data is logged by fabjee's systems and any dispute regarding a specific round must be submitted to fabjee support within 7 days of the disputed event.
Cricket and other sports betting markets on the fabjee Platform are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the relevant section of the site. fabjee reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle betting markets at its discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, verified corruption, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error. Odds may change between the time a bet is placed and settlement — the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet.
As a player on the fabjee Platform, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
If you become aware of any breach of these Terms by another player, or if you identify a technical error or vulnerability in the Platform, you are required to report this to fabjee support promptly. Players who report genuine vulnerabilities in good faith will not be penalised.
Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawal requests cancelled, and any account balance (including winnings) forfeited in full. fabjee reserves the right to share information about prohibited conduct with law enforcement authorities, financial institutions, and other gambling operators where required by law or in the legitimate interests of protecting the Platform.
fabjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or at the player's own request.
You may request the closure of your fabjee account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, fabjee will process any pending withdrawal requests for funds that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Players who feel that their gambling has become or is at risk of becoming problematic may activate self-exclusion directly from their fabjee account dashboard. Self-exclusion is available in minimum periods of six months and as a permanent option. Once activated, self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log into your fabjee account, and fabjee will take reasonable steps to prevent any marketing communications from being sent to you. Where fabjee suspends an account for investigative purposes, fabjee will notify the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable, unless doing so would compromise the investigation. The account holder will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide information and respond before any permanent action is taken, except in cases where an immediate and irreversible closure is necessary to prevent harm to the Platform, other players, or third parties.
Upon legitimate account closure initiated by the player (as opposed to closure resulting from breach of these Terms), fabjee will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Balances below ৳100 may be subject to a minimum balance policy — please contact support for details.
fabjee's liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fabjee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
